POLYFILL FILLING MACHINE

This machine designed and developed to improve the productivity of the cushions. Hence the production requirement is huge and also to reduce the man power .This can be attachment with our opening machine(sumo model). It has two nozzles for filling the cushion or pillow and it has filling capacity 100 kgs /hour. This is doing the filling with help of compressor fibre will thrown into the bag by high-pressure compressed air.

COMPRESSED PILLOW PACKING MACHINE

After filling packing and moving from one place to other place is costly affair for the above items to reduce to the space coverage area we are vaccumising the pillows .In air vaccuminsing the outer covers are getting wrinkles while devaccuming .To avoid that wrinkles we developed this compressed type pillow packing . In this we can avoid wrinkles by visible.
